Volunteering Opportunity: Bill and Yen – Agri Tourism Park
Volunteering work includes feeding the goats, sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and helping maintain the cleanliness in our “kubo huts” and giving a hand as a service crew in our mini café. We have our own staff, so just a little extra help is needed. Accommodation is Free and 3 meals or more if needed, plus snacks. Bath and laundry soap as well. We are in Baluntay, Alabel, a town next to General Santos City,40 to 60 minutes away by multicab or trike from General Santos City International Airport.
Work hours:
- 4–5 hours per day
- Days off: 1–2 days per week
- Total weekly hours: Around 20–30 hours
- Daily Schedule 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Farm work (feeding animals, planting, cleaning, etc.) 12:00 pm onward
- Free time for volunteers to explore, rest, or help with light optional activities like cooking, prep for Zumba, friendly chitchats with customers to make them buy our vegetables, or have some snacks in our Cafe and the like, also preparing dinner with fellow volunteers and cleaning up in the kitchen with them.
- Maximum stay is 30 days only.
Volunteers are NOT paid. Please note that there is NO CASH involved from both parties, the Volunteer and the Host. Just pure goodwill.
